Overview
Water is one of the most important factor for human-beings, and more and more water supply and drainage pumping stations are building up. Pumping stations are getting more complicate and its scale is getting larger . WellinTech provides a series of SCADA software for water treatment industry, such as KingView, KingIOSever, KingRDB and KingWebServer, etc. While the integration of on-site communications, database technology, WEB technology, SCADA/HMI technology, C/S technology, the integration of data acquisition systems to monitor the overall solution.
System Structure
Based on different functions, the entire system consists of three levels: On-site Control, On-site Data Monitoring and Collection and Centralized Monitoring and Control.
Conclusion
The system has been implemented and achieved reliable monitoring and control. It is an entire monitoring and control solution for a typical electric pumping station group, and it displays the information timely and accurately and provides an effective management of the production data.
On-site control layer: Adopts Industry PLC as the major part to control each electrical device of the pumping station.
On-site Monitoring and Data Acquisition: Responsible to gather real-time data from each pumping station through PLC to each pump station
which has its own monitoring computer on-site. Through the application which is based on Kingview 6.53, the operator has the authority to modify
the control parameters to monitor the status of the pumping stations in specific region on the local PC which is connected with the PLC, and to
analyze from historical data and generate paper reports.
Central Monitor: The Central Control Center located in the drainage operation has two IPC (Industrial PC). The two sets of KingIOServer
software are redundant systems with each other and responsible for monitoring, collecting data and printing data of the entire system. The other
two computers are installed with SCADA software - Kingview and the industrial historical database - KingHistorian.
