During the tenth five-year plan in China, the market of wind power has been rapidly developed, and the wind farms have sprung up. The Power Group increasingly requires the management of automation and information.
For wind power plant has the features of geographically dispersed, complex on—site environment, and not easy to manage, WellinTech provides the solution using advanced technology with highlights of easy development, easy maintenance, and easy upgrade. It collects real-time data from each wind power plant to facilitate the on-site management. On the other hand, it stores historical data for analysis and provides data to support the top decision-making. The solution is safe and reliable, scalable, low cost and it adapts to be implemented step by step.
Control and monitoring system at the centralized control center mainly consists of the control network and management network. Control network includes I/O acquisition server, mutually redundant SCADA servers, mutually redundant industrial database servers, SCADA clients, display &analysis workstations; management network includes the mirror industrial database server, relational database, engineer workstation, Web servers. Data Collection Layer
IOServer is responsible for collecting data and information of each wind power plant together, such as wind speed, wind direction and wind generator status. Information will be sent into KingSCADA and industrial historial database, and meanwhile listen to communication link and performance, and can coordinate the data collection of each wind power plant remotely.
Data Display Application Layer
KingHistorian3.0 industrial database server is mainly responsible for the historical data storage, and to provide data basis for data query and analysis.
KingCalculation and KingA&E display and analysis workstation is responsible for data analysis and calculation - more intuitive display the status of devices and implement complex alarm and fault prediction functions.
KingGraphic and KingSCADA server will show real-time and historical data through multiple ways as graphics, trend curve, animation, chart and so on (including the statistical data calculated after the application layer data). When accidents happen, scheduling workstation has the capability to play back the historical event. It can integrate video and other information. In addition, operators can also trigger some control instructions here, and the specific command will be sent by KingSCADA server.
