KingIOServer Overview
KingIOServer is a high-performance, enterprise-grade data acquisition and connectivity platform from WellinTech Co.,Ltd.. Built on 20+ years of industrial data expertise, KingIOServer turns heterogeneous device signals into reliable, standardized data streams for SCADA/HMI, MES, ERP, historians and cloud analytics. Designed to bridge the gap between field devices and enterprise systems, KingIOServer transforms diverse industrial protocols and hardware interfaces into structured, reliable, and actionable data. With support for thousands of devices from global manufacturers, KingIOServer serves as a unified communication backbone for PLCs, CNC machines, smart instruments, sensors, motion controllers, and embedded systems. It enables seamless integration with SCADA, HMI, MES, ERP, databases, and cloud platforms through industry-standard protocols such as OPC DA/UA, Modbus, IEC 101/104/61850, DNP, MQTT, HTTP/REST, SECS/GEM etc.
KingIOServer Architecture
KingIOServer as the central industrial data hub connecting field devices to enterprise systems. Various on-site equipment and protocols—such as PLC, boards, frequency converters, smart modules, smart meters, and standard industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, IEC101, IEC104)—feed data into KingIOServer through its 5000+ drivers for real-time acquisition. In the middle layer, KingIOServer processes and distributes this data via OPC, MQTT, REST API interfaces (supporting C++, C#, and Java APIs), enabling seamless integration and secondary development. KingDataLogger manages data storage, writing collected data into databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, KingHistorian, Access, and ODBC sources. Development tools and protocol drivers expand connectivity capabilities. At the top layer, the structured and standardized data is delivered to enterprise applications including Middleware software, MES, EMS, ERP systems, IoT MQTT brokers, and other industry-specific platforms—positioning KingIOServer as the core bridge
