WellinOS -Delivering full-domain visibility, intelligent analytics, and closed-loop risk management for next-generation smart parks

Today, the wave of digitalization is sweeping the globe, and smart parks have become core carriers of smart-city construction and new engines of economic growth. However, as park scale expands and business scenarios diversify, problems such as fragmented security management, poor data interoperability, and slow emergency response are becoming increasingly prominent. In response, WellinTech (via its self-developed WellinOS,a industrial cloud operating system) has built a Smart-Park Safety and Situational Awareness System that, through three core capabilities — full-domain sensing, intelligent analysis, and efficient collaboration — addresses park security management challenges and helps achieve the safety-operation goals of “see clearly, calculate accurately, and manage well.”

Industry status and pain points

Smart parks are developing rapidly, but management shortcomings are evident. Most parks’ information systems lack unified planning: property management, parking, energy monitoring, and other systems operate independently, creating prominent “information islands.” This forces operations staff to perform cumbersome cross-system operations and reduces efficiency. Multi-dimensional ecosystem resources lack organic linkage and cannot form closed-loop management. In some cases, parks are built with highly similar (homogenous) systems that waste resources and do not meet actual needs. These problems not only limit operational efficiency but also create significant security risks for the park.

WellinOS builds an end-to-end solution

WellinTech’s Smart-Park Safety and Situational Awareness System centers on WellinOS and adopts a three-layer architecture — Collection Layer, Platform Layer, and Presentation Layer — to form an end-to-end management system: the Collection Layer comprehensively captures park foundational data, the Platform Layer ensures stable system operation, and the Presentation Layer provides visualized operational status. Based on this architecture, the system implements core functions across all scenarios to accurately resolve industry pain points.

01 System Cockpit: One-screen Mastery of Global Situation

The System Cockpit serves as the park management “command console,” integrating a full-park data overview (number of buildings, park area, etc.), categorized and leveled hazard sources, zonal facility operation statistics, real-time resource usage, plant operations monitoring, and various types of alert information. It enables managers to grasp the park’s overall operational situation with one click.

02 Zonal Cockpit: Fine-grained Control with Precise Penetration

The Zonal Cockpit focuses on fine-grained zone management, showing zone base data, hazard source distribution, temperature/humidity compliance rates, resource utilization rates and other key indicators. It simultaneously displays alert and closed-loop handling trend charts and can serve as an entry point for park roaming, helping managers dive deep into zone details.

03 Safety Overview: Precise Traceability of Hidden Risks

The Safety Management subsystem clearly marks hazard information for each building and the operational status of safety devices, and it displays the number of safety alerts, closed-loop handling trends, and current alarm information in real time. When a building generates an alert, a red light flashes instantly; clicking it jumps quickly to a detail page, enabling precise localization of hazards and rapid response.

04 Plant Operations Overview: Comprehensive Insight into Equipment Operation

The Plant Operations subsystem centrally manages four core modules — power, refrigeration, HVAC, and air compression — and presents key parameters in real time, such as transformer load rate, main chiller current percentage, air-conditioning supply air volume, and air compressor discharge pressure. This gives a complete understanding of plant equipment operational status.

05 Specialized Monitoring: Targeted Empowerment for Precise Maintenance

The Specialized Monitoring subsystem creates dedicated monitoring interfaces for critical systems such as HVAC, air compression, and power distribution. By reconstructing equipment layouts with process diagrams and HMI-style displays, it refreshes operational parameters in real time, highlights alarm data in red, and lets users click an asset to view detailed data and historical records—facilitating maintenance and fault diagnosis.

06 Environmental Monitoring: Full-domain Patrols for Precise Control

The Environmental Monitoring subsystem relies on AGV carts to carry out full-domain patrols of workshop environments, highly restoring workshop layouts and AGV paths, and supporting zoom and pan of viewing angles. Using interpolation algorithms to analyze global environmental conditions in the workshop, it color-codes parameter compliance status; clicking any location shows predicted values, enabling precise environmental management.

07 Alert Management: Closed-loop and Controllable Risk Handling

The Alarm Management subsystem integrates SPC alarm rule management, supporting the addition, modification, and deletion of monitored point alarm parameters, and allowing queries of real-time and historical alerts. A contingency plan knowledge base is established so that alerts can be linked to handling plans. Alert information is pushed in real time via email and SMS, while abnormal handling times and results are tracked and archived to form closed-loop management.

Achieved results: a qualitative leap in data-driven park management

The WellinOS-based Smart-Park Safety and Situational Awareness System provides an end-to-end solution that resolves industry management pain points and drives an all-round upgrade in park management. After deployment, results were significant: from data interoperability and operation efficiency to safety assurance and decision support, the system reshaped park operations across the board and demonstrated the core value of data-driven management.

01 Breaking down information islands

By opening data channels across systems, the system achieves unified full-domain data access and spatiotemporal awareness, thoroughly removing data barriers so that park systems can share data. The result: “data travels more, people travel less.”

02 Multiplying O&M efficiency

Automated data collection, analysis, and equipment monitoring replace large amounts of manual work, reduce the manpower and material resources consumed by cross-departmental communication, speed up equipment maintenance response, and lower O&M costs.

03 Upgrading safety assurance

Real-time monitoring and intelligent early-warning mechanisms shorten the time to detect safety hazards from hours to minutes. Combined with closed-loop handling processes, the park’s safety incident rate is significantly reduced, building a strong safety defense for enterprises and residents.

04 More precise, scientific decision-making

Visualized interfaces and deep data analysis provide accurate bases for park resource allocation, policy formulation, and risk prevention, driving management from “experience-driven” to “data-driven” and greatly improving overall management capability.

Looking ahead: WellinTech supports green, intelligent park development

In the future, WellinTech will continue to deepen its work in the smart-park field. On one hand, it will further integrate AI and big-data analytics with the WellinOS platform to enhance data-mining depth and improve warning accuracy—moving from “passive response” to “active prediction.” On the other hand, it will strengthen integration with other park management systems to expand the boundaries of business collaboration and build a more complete park ecosystem. At the same time, it will focus on security protection and energy saving/carbon reduction needs, expanding the system’s role in green, low-carbon, and sustainable development to provide smarter, more efficient, and more environmentally friendly solutions for smart parks and help modern urbanization reach new heights.

WellinTech always puts technological innovation at the core and uses industrial-grade reliability and intelligence to safeguard smart-park safety operations. Going forward it will continue to partner with more collaborators to explore new paths for smart-park development so that every park can have a powerful “smart brain” and achieve safe, efficient, and green growth.
