2.1 System architecture diagram

3.1 Data collection and storage

The data collector collects the data of the underlying equipment and saves it to the database of the cloud server deployed by Haoyuan Environmental Protection. 3.1.1 Core data collection program

  • Production automatic control real-time data collection: Deploy a front-end data collection gateway in the integrated equipment and sewage plant, and use IOServer to collect the PLC, electricity meters and other instruments and equipment on the water plant and integrated pumping station through the network to directly communicate for data collection and integration. Save the data to the real-time database of the cloud server through the internal interface, and then use the network to realize the on-site real-time data center access to query the real-time data of the display factory.

3.1.2 Real-time data collection scheme

The IOServer acquisition software platform, as an independent data acquisition platform, realizes the data acquisition of more than 4000 kinds of equipment; supports multiple databases and multiple storage methods, and provides standardized and unified data for third-party software or data acquisition monitoring platforms source.

The IOServer acquisition platform used in this solution realizes the on-site sensing and execution of data uploading and acquisition from the secondary on-site pre-data acquisition gateway to the PLC and intelligent instrumentation. Real-time data is divided from its source, divided into equipment-generated and calculated. The real-time data generated by the equipment is mainly collected by the IOServer. The calculation results generally refer to the calculation results generated by the SCADAServer, and no additional collection is required.

In this project group, IOServer directly collects equipment process data and production working condition data from the secondary platform data collection gateway. The calculated data is calculated and stored by KingSCADA and King Portal and databases deployed on the cloud server.
