2. Enterprise status:

It was established in August 2015 with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. 3. Problems faced by enterprises:

Through the preliminary demand communication of Goldwind’s operating management platform and the investigation of the current system status, the group’s business personnel, management personnel, branch general managers, total, water plant directors, laboratory technicians, financial personnel and operating personnel report daily data (including Production and operation data, financial data, laboratory data and assessment data) management relies on traditional excel electronic documents for filling and uploading. e) Operate real-time scoring

Click the real-time score of operation quality in the menu bar, the page will be displayed as the real-time score of operation quality page, as shown in the figure below. The main display is the real-time score of the operation quality of each project. It will be displayed on this screen whenever the correct report is completed. The operations designed on this page mainly include query and export.

f) Operational statistics score

Click the operation quality statistics score in the menu bar, the page will be displayed as the operation quality statistics score page, as shown in the figure below. Note: This page mainly displays the statistical scores of the operation quality of each project. It will be displayed on this screen whenever the correct report is completed. The operations designed on this page mainly include query and export.

Query: Select the branch you want to query in the branch drop-down box, select all or a project company in the project company drop-down box, and then select the time period you want to view in the query date drop-down box, and then click The query button will display the operational quality statistical score to be queried, as shown in the figure below.

4. Laboratory management

a) Laboratory data management

The data displayed on the current page is the current laboratory data. Whenever the laboratory management staff fills in, the page will display the filled data and save the filled data, and display the date of filling.

The operations involved in this interface are: query, export, delete, and print. These operations will be described in detail below.

b) Laboratory data management

The line chart and histogram are displayed. The line chart mainly shows the real-time curve of the test parameters, while the histogram shows the comparison of water quality parameters. After the test manager fills in the report, the page will display the real-time test data and the water quality comparison data. The main operation of this page is query.p>

5. Financial income and expenditure management

a) Basic report

The main realization is the query and import function of financial finger data.

Query: Select the branch you want to query in the branch drop-down box at the front, select a project company in the project company drop-down box, and then select the report category that needs to be queried in the report name drop-down box at the back, and then click Query The button will display the screen you want to query, as shown in the figure below. b) Summary analysis

Query: Select the report type you want to query in the report type drop-down box, select the report you want to query in the summary table name drop-down box and click the query button to display the query page on the page, then click The search button will display the screen to be searched, as shown in the figure below. At this time, the query is the page display of the water plant summary of the preliminary analysis summary.

Whenever filling in or importing an Excel table in the basic report, a row will be added to the summary table page, and there will be preview and delete in this row. When you click the preview, the exported table will be displayed as shown in the figure below ( This picture shows the preliminary analysis report-branch summary).

Click the delete button and an operation prompt will pop up. If you are sure you want to delete this table, click OK to delete the table, otherwise click the cancel button.

6. Operational analysis

KPI performance: water plant performance query, you can query the performance score sheet of each district and each water plant. Support the display and comparison of various performance indicators through data reports and column charts.

Water plants can only see the rankings in the branch area, but not the detailed performance KPI data. The branch companies can see the performance KPIs and detailed KPI indicator data of the water plants under their jurisdiction; the group can see the performance KPIs of each plant Index value and ranking;

a) Scoring system

The project company uses monthly water fee income, water fee recovery and operating costs as performance evaluation indicators.

It is mainly composed of operation quality and average ranking of branch projects.

Click the project ranking button, and the project ranking of the branch will appear, as shown in the figure below.

The line chart on the left side of the page represents the overall performance distribution table, and the bar chart on the right represents the average performance ranking of each branch.

Query: When you select the desired time, click the query button. The overall performance distribution table on this page and the average performance ranking of each branch will show the performance distribution and average performance ranking of the month.

b) Performance score

In order to complete the project company’s performance appraisal goals, embody the company’s humanized management model, and then pass the above objective evaluation scores, through reasonable and reasonable evaluation of the production conditions of each project branch company, and operational management capabilities for performance score management revision.

Authorized users can make customized performance score corrections for each project company based on the overall situation.

7. User management

Query: Select the branch you want to query in the first-level unit drop-down box, select a project company in the second-level unit drop-down box, and then click the query button to display the query screen.

New: Add is to add a new person to fill in. When you click the Add button, the following picture will appear. In the new user screen, you can set the account, password, phone number, first-level unit, second-level unit, and position of the new user. , Username and other information, and then click OK to create a new user.

On the displayed page, each user will have three operations: modify information, modify password, and delete.

Clicking to modify the data will display the following pop-up window, and in the pop-up window, you can modify the account, first-level unit, second-level unit, position, and telephone. After the modification is completed, click the confirm button to complete the data modification operation.

8. Mobile client

It is only for administrators, test report personnel, and operation report personnel to log in.

When you log in with an administrator account, the administrator login interface will appear on the app page. In the administrator login interface, you can only click on my function and view and modify the information inside.

Click on mine to display the screen as shown in the figure below; where the avatar is displayed, the currently logged-in branch and user will be displayed, and you can click on personal information, modify password, and about. When you click the logout button, you can logout to the login interface.

Clicking on personal information will pop up the personal information interface as shown in the figure below, and display your own information. Clicking Back will return the current page to my page, and clicking Save will save the current information.

Click the option to modify the password and the password modification interface will pop up. Click the back button to return to my page. After filling in the old password and the new password, click the OK button to modify the selected password.
